Jhajjar District Court invites Applications on 17 Clerk positions and 3 Stenographer vacancies. Applications are invited from the eligible candidates to fill up Seventeen (17) posts of Clerks and Three (03) posts of Stenographers Grade 3, purely on adhoc basis, on the consolidated pay of RS 25,500/- Eligible candidates can send applications for Jhajjar District Court on or before 20 March 2020. Eligible candidates can apply for the post in the prescribed format on or in the prescribed format on or before 20 March 2020.

Vacancies Eligibility & Requirements

Clerk - Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Commerce or equivalent AND Passed Matriculation with Hindi as one of the subject

Steno- Candidate should have passed a degree / Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Commerce or equivalent from a recognized University/ Institute.

Should have Proficiency in Operation of Computer and the candidates shall have to pass a test of speed of 80 wpm in English Shorthand and 20 wpm in transcription of the same on computer. Age of the candidates shall be in between 18 to 42 Years.

Jhajjar District Court Jobs Application Form

 Applications are invited from the eligible candidates to fill up Seventeen (17) posts of Clerks and Three (03) posts of Stenographers Gr. III, purely on adhoc basis as on dated 26.02.2020. Vacancies to be filled on the consolidated pay of RS 25,500/- (minimum of pay scale of Clerks and Stenographers Gr III) for a period of six months or till the regular appointment are made by the Hon’ble Punjab and Haryana High Court, Chandigarh or till the Stenographers Gr-III become eligible for their promotion (in case of Stenographer Gr-III), whichever is earlier.

Selection Method- Selection of eligible candidates will be based on performance in respective tests. The merit list of the candidates for the post of Clerk will be prepared on the basis of the written examination and the meritorious candidates will have to appear in computer proficiency test. The merit list of the candidates for the post of Stenographers (on adhoc basis) will be prepared on the basis of shorthand test.
