IBPS RRB 9 Group A, B Jobs 2020, Apply for Office Assistant/ Officer Scale I-III before 21 July

Institute of Banking and Personnel Selection (IBPS) publishes recruitment advertisement for Group A Officer's (Scale 1, 2 and 3) and Group B Office Assistant (multipurpose) posts. IBPS invites online applications under CRP RRB 9 Group A / B posts from July 1, 2020 onwards. Eligible candidates can apply for IBPS RRB Office Assistant / Officer Scale I-II-III posts on or before July 21.  

On Tuesday IBPS Institute published officially the jobs notification for filling Group A and Group B posts. Any eligible candidate, who aspires to join any of the Regional Rural Banks listed at (A) as Group “A”-Officers (Scale- I, II & III) and Group “B”-Office Assistant (Multipurpose), is required to register for the Common Recruitment Process (CRP for RRBs- 9). For the posts of Officers Scale I and Office Assistant (Multi-purpose) the examination will be two tier i.e. the Online Examination will be held in two phases, Preliminary and Main. For the post of Office Assistant (Multi-purpose). Call letters for prelims test will be released on August 12. The exam is expected to be conducted in the month of September or October.

Age (As on 01.07.2020)- For Officer Scale- III (Senior Manager)- Above 21 years - Below 40 years  

For Officer Scale- II (Manager)- Above 21 years - Below 32 years  

For Officer Scale- I (Assistant Manager)- Above 18 years - Below 30 years

Required Educational Qualification:

Group B Office Assistant (Multipurpose)- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent (a) Proficiency in local language as prescribed by the participating RRB/s

Group A- Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager)- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University. Proficiency in local language as prescribed by the participating RRB/

Group A- Officer Scale-II General Banking Officer (Manager)- Degree from a recognised University with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.

Group A- Officer Scale-II Specialist Officers (Manager)- Bachelor’s degree from a recognised University in Electronics / Communication / Computer Science / Information Technology or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.

Group A- Officer Scale-III (Senior Manager)- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.

Application Fees/ Intimation Charges- (Online payment from 01.07.2020 to 21.07.2020 both dates inclusive)-

Officer (Scale I, II & III) - Rs.175/- for SC/ST/PWBD candidates - Rs 850/- for all others.

Office Assistant (Multipurpose)- Rs.175/- for SC/ST/PWBD/EXSM candidates. - Rs 850/- for all other.

Selection Method & Exam Dates- Candidates for the post of Office Assistant will have to pass Preliminary and Mains exam. For final selection while for the Officers scale 1, the candidates will have to clear Preliminary And Main Exam followed by an Interview that will be conducted by NABARD and IBPS. For the post of Officer Scale II and III Generalist and Specialists-Cadre, candidates will have to qualify single stage Online Exam and Interview.

The online examinations for the next Common Recruitment Process for RRBs (CRP RRBs IX) for recruitment of Group A-Officers (Scale-I, II & III) and Group B- Office Assistant (Multipurpose) will be conducted in September and October/ November 2020.
