HSSC withdraws Haryana Police Constable 6,000 vacancies, Here is cancellation notice

Haryana Police Constable Vacancies Cancelled: Haryana Staff Selection or HSSC has withdrawn the recruitment notification of Male and Female Constable posts in Haryana Police. Commission on 29th December issues a public notice regarding the cancellation or withdrawal 6,000 posts of Male and Female Constables, Advt. no- 06/2019, Category no 1 and 2. The cancellation notice of Constable Male & Female (General Duty) has been published at official website i.e www.hssc.gov.in.

According to the HSSC notice, dated 29 December 2020 a total 6,000 vacancies are withdrawn of Constable Male and Female (General Duty) against direct recruitment notification advt no. 06/2019 Haryana Police Department.

This will impact students who were preparing to appear for the Haryana Police Constable exam in coming months, after HSSC said to fasten the process of recruitment for the pending recruitment, after Covid crises. Approx. 5 lakh candidates had applied for the 6,000 posts of Haryana Police Constable recruitment exam 2019.

Here are the details of vacancies that are withdrawn from HSSC Advt 06/2019, dated 09/06/2019: 

1) Male Constable (General Duty), Category No- 01; 5000 posts.

2) Female Constable General Duty, Cat no- 02; 1000 posts.

Note: According to the sources there are possibilities of re-advertisement of Haryana Police Constable vacancies. It is expected that a fresh notification in this regard would be released in near future with ammendments in rules. Except Constable Male and Female) vacancies, Sub Inspector (Male), Cat no 03 posts would remain un-affected.
