Uttar Pradesh Government has set up Job fair for Ex-Serviceman of Indian Army, Indian Navy and Indian Air Force. Uttar Pradesh Government has set up­ Job fair on March 6, 2020 for ESM candidates. ESM applicants looking for Jobs in state can attend job fair going to be held on 6 March 2020. Job fair for Ex-Servicemen will be organized at Indira Gandhi Establishment in Lucknow. Job fair to commence from March 6, 2020 at (7:30 am). Ex-Servicemen of all three wings are invited to take part in job fair in Lucknow.

Ministry of Defence, Directorate of Rehabilitation is providing opportunities to Ex-Servicemen. Opportunity to all wings of Armed Forces (IA, IN, IAF) ex-serviceman is being provided as Ex-Serviceman Job fair is scheduled on 6 March, in Lucknow. Directorate of Rehabilitation, CII, Chambers of Commerce & Indian Industrial Association have come together to provide Jobs to ex-serviceman in private sector in Uttar Pradesh.
