Dilip Kumar Death: Bollywood Celebs Pay Homage To The Acting Legend

Veteran actor Dilip Kumar has passed away. Dilip Kumar breathed his last at Hinduja Hospital on Wednesday. As per reports, on June 30, Dilip Kumar complained he had breathing difficulty, after which he was taken to Hinduja Hospital in Mumbai. He was admitted to ICU.

His wife Saira Banu was constantly giving updates regarding the conditions of Dilip Kumar to his fans. A day earlier, she had said that Dilip Kumar's condition was getting better and discharge was in sight. However, after an unfortunate turn of events, Dilip Kumar's condition suddenly deteriorated and the legend left us for good on 7th July 2021.

From Amitabh Bachchan to Akshay Kumar & many other Bollywood figures have paid homage to the fallen Legend. 

While sharing the news of Dilip Kumar's death, Another Bollywood legend, Amitabh Bachchan wrote on Twitter, "An institution has gone .. whenever the history of Indian Cinema will be written , it shall always be 'before Dilip Kumar, and after Dilip Kumar' .. My duas for peace of his soul and the strength to the family to bear this loss, Deeply saddened"

Nawazuddin Siddique, who himself is a big fan of Dilip Kumar changed his Twitter profile picture and added Dilip Kumar's photo instead, in addition, he also wrote, "The Greatest in the World Of Cinema. An Institution, An Inspiration & 'The Pause'. The Thespian, me & my father admired closely and had watched all his work. His craft could be felt but can never be described in words."

Apart from Actors, PM Modi has also expressed his grief over the demise of Dilip Kumar, PM wrote on his official twitter handle, "Dilip Kumar Ji will be remembered as a cinematic legend. He was blessed with unparalleled brilliance, due to which audiences across generations were enthralled. His passing away is a loss to our cultural world. Condolences to his family, friends, and innumerable admirers. RIP."
