CSIR-UGC-NET 2020 Result Date: NTA to release soon Subject-wise NET Score Card @ csirnet.nta.nic.in

The Senior Director (Examinations), National Testing Agency will announce the Results of Joint CSIR UGC-NET, June 2020 shortly post-release of the NET Subject-wise Final Answer Key. The Joint CSIR UGC-NET 2020 together with the Subject Paper Scores in order of Roll Numbers and NET Subject-wise Scores will be published in the Website for the Candidates.

Joint CSIR-UGC-NET 2020 Results: The National Testing Agency would announce the Results of the Joint CSIR-UGC-National Eligibility Test, June 2020 (Rescheduled) subsequent to releasing the CSIR-UGC-NET Subject-wise Final Answer Key in respect of Rescheduled CSIR-UGC-NET 2020 held on the 19th, 21st and 26th Dates November 2020, as well as 30th November 2020.  The National Testing Agency published in the CSIR UGC-NET NTA Website Provisonal Answer Key of the CSIR  UGC-NET, June 2020 (Rescheduled), which would remain available for Candidates' view and taking Printout for representation with Objections up to the 5th Date of December 2020.          

There is a likelihood that the National Testing Agency would announce before the 12th Date of December 2020 the Result of the Joint CSIR UGC-NET (June) 2020 (Rescheduled) (conducted in the Socially-Distanced Computer Based Test Format) post-release of the Final Answer Key of CSIR UGC-NET 2020The National Testing Agency held Rescheduled Joint CSIR-UGC-National Eligibility Test, June 2020 carrying Maximum 200 Marks with Negative Marking of 1/4th (0.25%) for Incorrect Response / Multiple Answers against each Objective-Type Multiple-Choice Questions.  The Joint CSIR UGC-National Eligibility Test, June 2020 (Rescheduled) conducted on the 19th, 21st and 26th and 30th Dates of November 2020 to determine Eligibility for Junior Research  Fellowship / Lectureship / Assistant Professor.

The National Testing Agency shall publish in the Website both Joint CSIR UGC-NET (June) 2020 Results and Scores Subject-wise.  The Candidates, who appeared in the Joint CSIR UGC-NET, June 2020 would be issued Intimation through their E-Mail Ids on viewing the Joint CSIR UGC-NET, June 2020 Result Download.     

Preparation of Results for each Joint CSIR UGC-NET Session: The Joint CSIR-UGC-NET Examination Results for each NET Session would be prepared in the form of 01) Raw Scores Percentiles; 02) Scores of Total Raw Scores. The Marks Percentiles would be calculated for each Candidate in the Session as Let Total Percentile (TP)1 be the Percentile Scores of the Total Raw Score of that Candidate.  

Joint CSIR UGC-NET 2020 Percentile Methodology: Total Percentile (TP1) Methodology: 100*No. of the Candidates appeared from the Session with Raw Score EQUALTO OR LESS THAN T1 Score / Total No. of the Candidates appeared in the CSIR-UGC-NET Session.

Compilation of NTA score and Preparation of the Joint CSIR UGC-NET Result: The Percentile Scores (PS) for the Total Raw Score for all the Sessions (Session-1: Day-1 Shift-1, Session-2: Day-1 Shift-2) as calculated (in Step-2 above) would be merged and shall be called the NTA Scores, which will then be used for compilation of the Result and further processing for deciding Allocation. In the event of the Percentiles for the Multi-Shifts being Dissimilar / Unequal, the Lowest will be the Eligibility Cut-off for that Category for all the Candidates (i.e., all the CSIR –UGC-NET Shifts).
