AP POLYCET Results 2020 Update: Results with Rank Card anytime today

Andhra Pradesh Polytechnic Common Entrance test (AP POLYCET) 2020 results are lined-up next. According to sources, State Board of Technical Education and Training, Andhra Pradesh would declare AP POLYCET result by October 10, 2020 at website polycetap.nic.in. Students who answered the AP Polytechnic CET on 27 September 2020 can check the availability of POLYCET results from Manabadi.com or from polycetap.nic.in.

After the announcement of POLYCET results, using the Hall ticket number, a candidate will be able to check AP Polytechnic Entrance test 2020 result. The marks obtained at the entrance test shall be considered for the purpose of assigning rank, on the basis of which, selection shall be made for admission into diploma courses. Concerned using their Hall ticket number can check the AP Polytechnic entrance result / rank card/ counseling eligibility online after the exam's result announcement.

AP POLYCET results 2020 are likely to be declared by 10th of October 2020. Rank card will also be dispatched within a week from the date of declaration of result, a statement reads. The candidates will be able to download their rank card from polycetap.nic.in or Manabadi.com or otherwise can contact coordinator of any helpline center for any further assistance.

Earlier, AP SBTE conducted the AP POLYCET for admission into the Diploma courses like Hotel Management and Catering Technology, D.Pharmacy. Common Entrance Test for Polytechnic admissions was conducted on September 27, 2020. A total 120 questions were asked from the Class 10th/ 12th Syllabus. Following which the evaluation of entrance sheets has been concluded and soon candidates are going to check their results at direct link or from sbtetap.gov.in.

Resolution of Ties:

Every care will be taken during the preparatio of AP POLYCET 2020 results to avoid errors in the valuation of answer sheets, tabulation of results and ranking of the candidates. Hence, request for revaluation or re-totaling will not be entertained under any circumstances. In case of a tie in rank at entrance test, the marks of the following subjects at Entrance Test in the same order shall be considered for resolving the tie. i) Marks in Mathematics ii) Physics and iii) Date of Birth.

Note- The minimum marks for declaring a candidate to have passed in the Entrance examination shall be thirty percent i.e., 36 marks out of 120. Candidates belonging to Scheduled castes or Scheduled Tribes shall be assigned ranking irrespective of the marks obtained in the entrance test. Such candidates even less than 30% marks in POLYCET-2020 shall be eligible to compete for their category of seats during the admission.
