The Telugu film, which starred Allu Arjun and Pooja Hegde and was released in 2020, was a superhit family comedy and one of the highest-grossing Telugu films. It will be remade in Hindi, starring Kartik Aryan and Kriti Sanon, and directed by Rohit Dhawan. The movie will hit theatres on 10 February 2023.
