Sheela Age

Sheela is an Indian actress who primarily works in Malayalam cinema, as well as in other South Indian film industries such as Tamil, Telugu, and Kannada. She made her acting debut in 1962 with the Tamil film "Paasam". She gained popularity in the Malayalam film industry with her roles in movies like "Chemmeen" (1965), "Kuttikkuppayam" (1964), and "Bhargavi Nilayam" (1964).

Sheela has acted in over 400 films in a career spanning more than five decades. She has won several awards for her performances, including the Kerala State Film Award for Best Actress for her roles in "Kallichellamma" (1969), "Vazhve Mayam" (1970), and "Ezhuthappurangal" (1987). She has also received the National Film Award for Best Supporting Actress for her performance in the Malayalam film "Akale" (2004).

Apart from acting, Sheela has also produced several films and served as a member of the Kerala Legislative Assembly from 2006 to 2011. She is considered one of the most iconic actresses of Malayalam cinema and is known for her contributions to the film industry.
