Kaddipudi Chandru is an Indian film director and screenwriter who works in the Tamil and Kannada film industries. He started his career as a dialogue writer and worked on several successful Kannada films such as "Jogayya" and "Veera Parampare".
In 2017, Chandru made his directorial debut with the Kannada film "Kanaka", which starred Duniya Vijay, Haripriya, and Manvitha Harish in lead roles. The film received mixed reviews from critics but was a commercial success at the box office.
Chandru's upcoming Tamil film, "Revolver Reeta" (also spelled as "Revolver Rita"), starring Keerthy Suresh in the lead role, is one of the highly anticipated Tamil movies. The film is produced by Karthik Subbaraj's production company, Stone Bench Films. Chandru is known for his gritty and realistic approach to filmmaking, and his films often feature intense action sequences and socially relevant themes.
