Jaya Pradha (Jaya) a.k.a. Lalita Rani is an Indian film actress and Politician, born to Krishna Rao and Neelaneni on April 3, 1962 in Rajahmundry, Andhra Pradesh (India). She is married to Srikant Nahata, and started her film career with the Tamil film '47 Natkal' in the year 1981. Later, director K. Vishwanaath gave casted her in the movie, Kaamchor, her first Hindi movie. She went on to work in many successful Hindi movies.
