Emily in Paris is an American-French comedy-drama web series which is created by Darren star. The first season of this series premiered on 2nd October 2020, and received positive reviews in the US, while got criticized in France with many French critics condemning the show for negatively stereotyping Parisian and the French. The series was renewed for its sequel by Netflix which premiered on 22nd December 2021. On the other hand, the series is ready for its 3rd sequel by Netflix which is to be released on 21st December 2022 on Netflix.

Set and filmed in Paris, the series stars Lily Collins as aspiring marketing executive Emily Cooper, it also stars Philippine Leroy-Beaulieu, Ashley Park, Samuel Arnold, Lucien Laviscount, William Abadie, and Lucas Bravo. The series is produced by MTV Entertainment Studios and developed by Paramount Network, then the series moved to Netflix in July 2020.
