Dharmesh Yelande was born on 31 October 1983 Vadodara (Gujarat), India. He is an Indian dancer and choreographer. He is well know for his freestyle dancing as his movements are agile and crisp. He has his own dance academy in Baroda. and he is best known for his work in bollywood industry. he was appeared first time in a dance reality show "Airtel Krazzy Kiya Re" show on DD National in 2007.
He became the runner-up of the Dance India Dance (season 2) in 2009. Now he was chosen as the skipper of the little dancers for the Dance India Dance Li'l Masters show and he was leading the Team Dharmesh. In the subsequent, he appeared in numbers of the dance shows as a contestant, Guest performer, and mentor such as Zee Rishtey Awards, DID Doubles, Dance Ke Superstars, Just Dance, and Dance Ke Superkids. All such appearances he made in the dance reality shows brought him to the limelight and even he started being noticed by the Bollywood choreographers and dance directors. In 2013, he made his debut as a choreographer in the Akshay Kumar starrer film Tees Maar Khan. The ace dance director Farah Khan who was impressed by seeing him on the dance reality shows and was intended to give him break in her film.
In 2013, he made his dance cum acting debut from the dance fiction film ABCD: Any Body Can Dance alongside with the Prabhu Deva and other Indian famous choreographers. In 2015, he was signed for another dance film ABCD 2 starring Varun Dhawan and Shraddha Kapoor. But Banjo (2016 film) was his first non-dancing film in which he played the role of a Drummer. In 2018, he was cast in the romantic comedy film as Salim starring Raghav Juyal and Punit Pathak are in main lead roles.
