UPPSC PCS Mains 2020 Result date: Results likely to be declared by the month end

The Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPSC) is likely to declare PCS Preliminary Examination 2020 results by February end. According to a press release the UPPSC Commission has ramped-up its services to declare two of its results including of PCS 2020 Mains by month-end.

The Commission conducted the PCS Mains examination on scheduled dates from 21 to 25 January 2021. The examination was conducted successfully at the designated centers in Prayagraj, Lucknow, and Gaziabad. As many as 4,139 candidates appeared for the PCS Mains 2020 exam conducted with an aim to merit list against 487 posts.

"The evaluation process will take 10 to 15 days and within a week the proceedings to declare the results will be concluded. Results can be declared anytime after February 20", a press report reads.

The decision on the Mains exam cut off marks will be taken by the Commission in view of available number of vacancies to the ratio of students called for the PCS 2020 Main exam. A list of candidates shortlisted for the Interview to be displayed on the website and will be determined on the basis of performance in the UPPSC PCS 2020 Mains examination.

After the announcement of the results, the candidates will be eligible to check their results, interview shortlisted candidates list online at the website - www.uppsc.up.nic.in.
