HP SET 2020 Answer Key; 22 November Paper-1 and Paper-2 Analysis

HP SET 2020 Answer Key: Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission shall shortly publish HP SET 2020 Answer Key (Subject-wise) to seek objections from the Candidates who appeared in HP State Eligibility Test 2020.  There is a likelihood that HPPSC displays within 48 Hours of  HPSET 2020, the Answers Key of HP SET 2020 in the Format available on the Website. The Candidates would have to email their objections to HP SET 2020 within the Timeline stipulated.  HP Public Service Commission shall publish the Subject-wise Final Answers Key of HPSET 2020 in case of any discrepancy observed following the Candidates' objections challenging the HPSET 2020 Answers Key for any of the Subjects out of 22 Subjects.

HP SET 2020 Paper Analysis: HP State Eligibility Test 2020 consisted of 02 Papers for Maximum 300 Marks. Paper - I for 100 Marks comprised 50 Objective-Type Multiple-Choice Questions based on the General nature is aimed at assessing the Teaching / Research Aptitude of the Candidate.  Paper-II for 200 Marks comprising 100 Multiple-Choice Questions on the Subject opted for by the Candidates.

HPSET 2020 Result: Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission is all set to announce the Result of HP State Eligibility Test 2020.  HP Public Service Commission conducted on the 22nd Date of November 2020.  HP Public Service Commission would host the HP SET 2020 in 22 Subjects.  HP Public Service Commission conducted HP SET 2020 to determine the Candidates' Eligibility for Recruitment to the Posts of Assistant Professors in the State's Central Universities and Colleges across Himachal Pradesh.  

HP Public Service Commission will publish in the Website the HP SET 2020 Result in order of the Roll Numbers of the Candidates declared Successful in the State Eligibility Test 2020.

HP SET 2020 Merit: The Criterion for declaring the Candidates Successful in Himachal Pradesh State Eligibility Test 2020 to determine the Eligibility for Recruitment to the Posts of Assistant Professors in HP State Universities and Colleges.

Top 6% of those Candidates who appeared in HP State Eligibility Test 2020 in both the papers, and secured the Minimum Qualifying Marks 40% Aggregate Marks (for Candidates belonging to General Category) and at least 35% Aggregate Marks (in case of the Candidates belonging to Reserved Communities) will be declared as Qualified for Eligibility for Assistant Professor in adherence to the Reservation Policy of the State Government.

Tie-Resolving Methodology: In case of there being any Tie for least Qualifying Cut-off marks in any given Subject, all the candidates figuring on the Tie (having scored Equal Marks) will be considered as qualified and as such the number of the Qualified Candidates may exceed from Six (06) percentage.
