The National Testing Agency (NTA) is all set to declare the results of the All India Sainik School Entrance Examination (AISSEE) 2021 held on 7 February 2021 for Class 6 and 9 students. The Nodal Agency conducted the AISSEE exam for the very first time to facilitate admissions to Classes VI and IX in 33 Sainik Schools spread across 23 States and one Union Territory. According to the reports, it is expected that the results will be announced by February end.
NTA has conducted the AISSEE 2021 examination in Pen-paper (OMR Sheets based) mode. According to the NTA, the AISSEE 2021 exam for Class 6 and 9 was held successfully at the designated centers. The AISSEE 2021 exam for admission to Class VI consisted of 125 multiple-choice questions in a duration of 150 minutes.
"Moving the admission process forward for the Sainik Schools for admission session 2021-22, NTA has ramped-up its services in valuation of the AISSEE exam. The agency shall soon declare the AISSEE results for both Class 6 and 9 on its website", a media report says.
March 4, 21: The official Answer key for Class 6 and 9 has been released. Candidates are asked to visit the website or follow the direct link to check the answer key and raise challenges against the provisional key by March 6, 2021.
After the announcement of the results, the candidates at the website link- https://aissee.nta.nic.in will be eligible to check their results online. As a reference to the candidates, the instructions are provided to check their results online-

Log into the website of the National Testing Agency- All India Sainik School Entrance Examination
On the homepage, click on the "AISSEE 2021 Class VI and IX Result 2021" link
In a new window select your Standard & Enter your Enrollment Number
Click on 'Submit', the result/ scorecard will appear on the screen.

Passing Percentage: A candidate is eligible for admission to the Sainik Schools if he/ she secures a minimum of 25% marks in each subject of the exam and 40% marks in aggregate of all the subjects of AISSEE 2021. However, admission will be based on relative merit (in AISSEE) of the candidate in his/ her category in the school opted by him/ her, medical fitness, and verification of requisite documents.
