Amazon Originals 'The Boys' is a famously known for dark-comedy fantasy series adapted from comic book series of the same name by Garth Ennis and Darick Robertson. The superhero element and the comic has created a great fan base in Indian and is all set for the second season. It is speculated that Arjun Kapoor, Rajkummar Rao and Disha Patani will lend their voice in the Hindi version of the show. The actors start the dubbing procedure for this superhero satire "The Boys".
Tevar Actor Arjun Kapoor dubbed for the role of gross or coarse William ‘Billy’ Butcher, Arjun Kapoor said, “I have been a huge fan of the show ever since it released on Amazon Prime Video. The character of Billy Butcher in the series much like the series has a unique charm and an impressive character arc. Billy’s wild mockery and his alluring ruggedness spoke to me and I can’t be more excited to voice this delightfully-vexed vigilante.”
Rajkummar Rao, dubbing for the ‘Seven’s’ leader Homelander, Rakummar Rao once added, "The Boys is one of my favourite series on Amazon Prime Video. It is fascinating to watch Antony Starr as Homelander – a wave of anger and complex character that everyone loves to hate.
Disha Patani lends her voice to the sweet and powerful Starlight, and she further added “Starlight is probably one of the most compassionate and grounded amongst the Vought army. You can’t help but feel for her and the powers are quite provocate in the series.
Other than Hindi, this series "The Boys" will also be dubbed in Tamil and Telugu. The Boys released on Amazon Prime Video with the first three episodes having released on Friday, September 4. The dubbed versions are set to launch on Amazon Prime Video on 28 October, giving the audience yet another reason to Binge-watch their favourite show.
