Aashram Sneak Peek: Know all about chapter 1 before heading to Aashram Chapter 2

If you have not watched Aashram Chapter 1, here we are presenting you with the Aashram Sneak Peek to give you an idea about the web series. The web series is directed by Prakash Jha which casts Bobby Deol as the leading character. Aashram Chapter 1 was released on 28 August 2020 on MX Player. 

Aashram Chapter 1 casts other prominent characters such as Aaditi Pohankar, Chandan Roy Sanyal, Anupriya Goenka, Tridha Choudhury, Tushar Pandey, Vikram Kochchar, Darshan Kumaar, Adhyayan Suman. Aashram web series is the first digital space of Prakash Jha which is nine episodes long with a duration of 40 to 46 minutes long.

Talking about the Aashram Sneak Peek, the whole web series relies on the personality manufacture of the godman Babaa Nirala character played by Bobby Deol. He is known as Kashipur Wale Baba Nirala, he was a small-time crook head who planned a strategy to turn himself into a godman who fakes to do justice to all the villagers. He targets people and uses the perspective of religions to destroy the common people especially the poor ones and the Dalits cast.

By the first episode of Aashram, it shows the cast difference between people that how higher cast people make life difficult and full of suffering for the lower cast of people in rural areas. The web series was full of politics and making connections with bigger and powerful personalities. It shows the story of a female who is a wrestler called Pammi who takes a stand for herself and her family. The role is played by Aaditi Pohankar. Pammi belongs to a poor Dalit family who fights for her rights. 

Pammi was having a wrestler fight with an upper cast girl and when the girl was unfairly announced as the winner she decided to give up wrestling. But this was not the end, there was a marriage in their community and one Pammi's brother Satti role played by Tushar Pandey, gets seriously injured. She decided to file an FIR and doctors also decided to not operate on her brother because of the upper cast fear. When she files an FIR police inspector Ujagar Singh role played by Darshan Kummar, asks her not to file a complaint against the upper cast.

As we move further, it is shown that Baba Nirala is involved in the murder case of a young girl whose skeleton was founded nearby in the forest during the construction work. Baba Nirala wakes up sweating and full of fear every night whenever he sleeps with having nightmares of the dead women whose body was found. The story was very subtle from them and it was crystal clear to the viewers, Baba Nirala's journey of being an innocent man started, he saved Satti from the upper-cast people to create a good impact on the villagers and her family. 

Just when Pammi lost all the hopes, Baba Nirala enters her life and pays all the hospital bills and make the upper cast people seek forgiveness from Pammi's family and his brother. Pammi gets awe of Baba Nirala and decides to join his Aashram to serve the people living over there. Her brother follows out on her that where does she go after lying to us and when her brother finds out he also decides to live there but Baba Nirala says you have to sacrifice something before you join this Aashram and then only you can be accepted. Satti gets married to a prostitute in the Aashram.

Baba Nirala's Aashram has houses, schools, hospitals, colleges, and sports training center. Then only Pammi runs away from her home when her parents tell her not to go but later on after talking to Baba Nirala her parents accept it and give permission to Pammi to live there in Aashram. The whole world thinks that Aashram is a dreamy place but only a few people are aware of the real insight of Aashram. 

When the skeleton of the dead women discovered it created a chain of events of multiple incidents. Ujagar Singh who falls in love with a forensic doctor role played by  Anupriya Goenka. She motivates him and brings out the real and honest cop-out of him. After seeing her honesty, Ujagar Singh starts his own investigation about the woman's skeleton with the help of the Journalist Akki role played by Rajeev Siddhartha, and police Sadhu's role played by Vikram Kocchar.

An ex-chief minister Hukum Singh who wants to start his own chain of political gain he joins Baba Nirala to increase his votings to become the chief minister. The whole season reviews the social and political scenario of the village including Aashram. After going through the nine episodes story still does not reveal many things and it just is the beginning of it. The series transport back to 2021 and the chapter is shown in flashback mode. 

When the second season ends, the character of Baba Nirala indicates that there is yet so much to reveal about his character that we are going to see in Chapter 2. The show ends without giving any depth conclusion of the show. There are still so many stories untold which will be revealed in Aashram Chapter 2: The Dark side which is going to release on November 11, 2020.
