Aashram Chapter 2 - The Dark Side: Bobby Deol's journey to the crooked godman 'Baba Nirala', explained

Aashram Chapter 2: The Dark Side is an MX Player Original Web Series which is going to release on November 11, 2020. The series is directed by Prakash Jha, starring Bobby Deol as Baba Nirala. The makers dropped out the trailer on November 29, 2020 hinting that Aashram Chapter is going to be quite intense.

Here I am representing you the journey of crooked godman Baba Nirala role played by Bobby Deol. The first part of Aashram showed Baba's Nirala Journey from a common man Monty to becoming a godman of the village Kashipur in his own self-styled way. He enjoyed the power he got and committed many crimes and took maximum advantage of the blind faith of his rules and principles. 

In part one we saw that he has earned the trust of villagers and they do whatever he asks them to do. He enjoyed the supreme power of becoming the 'Rakshak and Bhakshak' of the villagers. Rakshak means the person who protects someone from all the evil things and Bhakshak means the person who destroys someone doing all the evil things possible.  

In Aashram Chapter 2: The Dark Side, we are going to see Bobby Deol back playing crooked godman Baba Nirala. As per the trailer, Baba Nirala is seen his greed for his power over the village and developed lust for women. This time he is focused on buying political power to take all pleasures he desires.

In this season he is focused on enhancing its power over villagers by becoming more powerful so he can do more illegal work and exploit women. He is dismissing the trust of his companion in crime Bhopa whereas some commoner individuals are taking a step to reveal his actual image to the villagers of Kashipur. The question is will they succeed? Or will Baba Nirala become more powerful?

The actor Bobby Deol was last seen in Class of '83 directed by Atul Sabharwal. It is a Hindi language action thriller film which is produced by Red Chillies Entertainment.
