The Lucknow Bench of the Allahabad High Court has put stay on 69,000 Teachers recruitment in Uttar Pradesh Council Primary Schools. On Wednesday Lucknow bench ordered stay on 69k Teachers bharti for providing one week time to raise objections. Hearing petitions on more than a dozen questions, filed by 200 plus students, Allahabad High Court ordered to put stay on bharti and asked to provide one week time for raising objections. Earlier hundreds of candidates, who failed by one number or two, challenged the answers of more than dozen questions and approached High Court. Over alleged answers more than 200 petitions were filed by students.

Hearing the petitions filed by students over controversial questions on Wednesday Lucknow bench of Allahabad High Court put stay on 69,000 Teachers bharti. Bench has asked board one week time for students to raise objections against the Answer Key, as per report published in Hindustan. Earlier hundreds of students approached the High Court over alleged questions. More than 200 petitions were filed in High Court over the questions asked in UP 69,000 Teachers bharti. After the High Court’s decision on 60-65% Cut off, UP Basic Education Board released the final Answer Key in May.
Following the release of Answer key several students approached the high court and filed petitions over different questions. Following the final answer key, Board on May 12 announced UP 69K Teachers final result. At upbasiceduboard.gov.in Board declared the Final merit list and began counseling/ district allotment process.
Among controversial questions the most controversial question which has been filed is related to the Originator of the Nath sub-tradition. Subject experts have considered Matsyendranath, the promoter of the Nath sub-tradition, while Gorakhnath is given the correct answer with the evidence. Apart from this question, another question on the basis of how poverty is being assessed in India, the candidates filed petitions against the answer along with several other questions. Based on report in all three controversial questions students have been given one (three numbers in total) for each question equally and on the three Hindi questions which were asked from outside the course.
However on other side Basic Education Board has begun counseling process for 69000 Teachers recruitment from today (June 3). Candidates selected in Merit List have been allotted districts over scored marks and asked to appear for 69,000 Teachers Counseling. Candidates along with required documents have to appear for Counseling.
In counseling, the participant will be allowed to put on a mask keeping in mind the social distancing and along with the sanitizer. Admission to candidates other than counseling will not be granted. Videography of the counseling campus will be done through CCTV cameras. Starting from June 3, UP 690000 Teachers Counseling process to run till 6 June.

Allahabad High Court Lucknow bench on Wednesday fixes the next hearing on July 12. Justice Alok Mathur gave the order on batch of writ petitions.
