Ram Mandir Ayodhya Live: Prime Minister Narendra Modi arrives in Ayodhya for stone laying ceremony. PM will perform 'Bhoomi Poojan' for Ram Temple at the site today. Prime Minister Narendra Modi and about 50 other VIPs including U.P Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will attend a ground-breaking ceremony of grand temple of Lord Ram at Ayodhya today. According to PM Office, he will likely to spend around three hours in Ayodhya and will also plant 'Parijaat' sapling using traditional drip irrigation method ahead of 'bhoomi pujan', PMO tweeted.
PM Modi's Ayodhya visit: Prime Minister Narendra Modi has left for Ayodhya by special flight this morning. PM will reach Lucknow, and from there he will fly by chopper to Ayodhya, around 125 km away. The chopper will land at a helipad set up in a college in holy town on the banks of the river Saryu. PM Modi's first visit will be to the Hanumangarhi temple, where he is expected to pray for 10 minutes.

PM Narendra Modi arrives in Ayodhya to lay the foundation stone for Ram Temple
PM Modi will first visit the 10th century Hanuman Garhi Temple on arrival in Ayodhya. Premises of the temple were sanitised earlier today. He will later proceed to Ram Janmabhoomi site to offer prayers to Ram Lalla & lay the foundation stone for Ram Temple, news Agency ANI tweeted.
