German-American actress Zazie Beetz first rose to prominence courtesy of her portrayal of the character Vanessa Keefer in the Golden Globe-winning TV series Atlanta (2016-18). She made her feature film debut with a minor role in the drama movie James White (2015), and has since made her mark in Hollywood through her performances in the horror comedy Applesauce (2015), the drama Wolves (2016), Sollers Point (2017) and the disaster film Geostorm (2018). In 2018, Beetz played Neena Thurman aka Domino in the superhero film Deadpool 2, a role that has since catapulted her to international fame. The actress is set to reprise the role in a number of films in the future.
