She was a participant on the MTV reality TV shows, Roadies and Splitsvilla. In 2017 Swati made her acting debut in the Hindi film industry with the movie, Dil Jo Na Keh Saka. She also made her Punjabi acting debut with the women-centric 2017 movie, Hard Kaur. Apart from Swati, the Ajit R Rajpal directorial also stars Deana Uppal, Drishti Grewal, Nirmal Rishi and Shashi Kiran.
