The bilingual movie starring Vijay Deverakonda and Ananya Panday experienced a flat trend at the box office. Liger, directed by Puri Jagannadh, debuted in theatres on Thursday (August 25) to generally mixed & unfavorable reviews from viewers and reviewers. Liger made over ₹15.95 crores on its first day of release, but it witnessed a decline and only made about ₹7.7 crores on day two.
The local Telugu market has seen ordinary sales for the Vijay Deverakonda starrer. With ₹10 crores in earnings over three days in Hindi, including Thursday's restricted preview performances, it has been underwhelming. The movie is now showing a constant downward trend at the box office. Liger box office collection day 5 report is here.

The picture was never going to gain popularity because a large portion of its revenue came from states like Maharashtra, Bihar, and Odisha, and these states don't raise their prices on Saturday until day one's receipts are appalling and reports are also unfavorable.
