Director Lokesh Kanagaraj announces a new project with Tamil film icon Kamal Haasan on Wednesday. Lokesh Kanagaraj is all set to direct Kamal Haasan starrer "Kamal Haasan 232" an untitled film. Tamil film icon Kamal Haasan took to his social media account on Wednesday to announce a new project that he will be a part of. Kamal Haasan shares a poster with caption "Anothery Journey begins" on his twitter handle. He also shared a poster and poster captined "Once upon a time there lived a ghost." And this film will be releasing on Summer 2021.
Adding another film to his film repertoire, Haasan announced his as-yet-untitled project with Lokesh Kanagaraj as director and Anirudh Ravichander as composer. The film will be produced by Raaj Kamal Films International (RKFI).
Fans were quick to express their enthusiasm. "Many, many congratulations sir! Looking forward," one user tweeted. "It would definitely be a huge success in the industry," wrote another fan.
Kamal Haasan's last release was "Vishwaroopam 2" in 2018, which was released in Tamil and Hindi. The self-directed thriller brought Kamal into intense action and drama. He also has "Indian 2" on the way. The film is co-starring Rakulpreet Singh and Kajal Aggarwal, and is directed by Tamil hitmaker Shankar. Director Lokesh Kanagaraj is known for the action thrillers "Maanagaram" and "Kaithi" and will mark his fifth directing adventure with Kamal Haasan's new film.
