Born and raised in New Delhi, India, Anya Singh was discovered by Shanoo Sharma, the casting director of Yash Raj Films, in a cafe. Smitten by the way Anya carried herself, Shanoo asked her to give an audition for an upcoming project. Anya Singh, along with Aadar Jain then got selected to lead the drama film Qaidi Band. According to the sources, YRF has signed a three film deal with her.
