UPSC declares CDS (II) 2020 Results at upsc.gov.in, 6727 candidates qualify for the Interview

Union Public Service Commission has announced the results of Combined Defence Services CDS (II) Exam 2020 results at website upsc.gov.in. Commission shortlists a total 6727 candidates for the CDS Interviews. The list of qualified candidates is shared below.

UPSC CDS 2 Result 2020: The results of Combined Defence Services Examination (II), 2020 have been declared by UPSC. On the basis of results of the Combined Deference Service Examination (II) 2020, UPSC shortlists 6,727 candidates for the next round of selection i.e SSB Interview. 

Releasing an official notice at website upsc.gov.in, Commission notifies on the publication of CDS 2 result and Interiew eligible candidates' list. The CDS 2 examination 2020 was held by the Union Public Service Commission on 8th November, 2020.

The candidature of all the candidates, whose Roll Numbers are shown in the lists below, is provisional and eligible for the Interview. In accordance with the conditions of the admission to the examination, the qualified candidates are required to submit the original certificates in support of age (Date of Birth), educational qualifications, NCC (C) (Army Wing/ Senior Division Air Wing/ Naval Wing) etc. 

"Candidates who qualified in the written exam and given their first choice as Army (IMA/ OTA) are required to register themselves on the recruiting directorate website www.joinindianarmy.nic.in in order to enable them to receive call up information for SSB interview, official notice reads.

As many as 6727 candidates have qualified for being interviewed by the Service Selection Board of the Ministry of Defence. Qualified candidates with the following Roll Numbers and Names have qualified for being interviewed by the Service Selection Board of the Ministry of Defence, for admission to (i) Indian Military Academy, Dehradun 151th (DE) Course commencing in July, 2021 (ii) Indian Naval Academy, Ezhimala, Kerala, Course commencing in July, 2021-

The marks-sheet of candidates who have not qualified, will be available on the Commission’s website within 15 days from the date of publication of the final result of OTA (after conducting SSB Interview) and will remain available on the website for a period of 30 days
