Applicants possessing the Graduate Degree from a recognized University / Institute will be eligible to Apply for the post. Detailed qualification for Educational, Age limit & other details shall be obtained from Advertisement.
For SI (Civil Police) & Platoon Commander: A Graduation Degree from Any Recognized University Or any equivalent qualification approved by Government.
Age Limit- Age of Applicants should lie between 21 to 28 Years, whereas For OBC – Minimum age is 21 to maximum age 33 Years & For SC/ST- Minimum age is 21 to maximum 33 Years
Physical Requirements:
Race– For Male 4.8 Km. in 28 Minutes and for Female Candidates 2.4 Km. in 16 Minutes
Height- For Male- 168 cm (160 cm Only for ST Category) and for Female Candidates-152 cm (147 cm Only for ST Category).
Chest (Only for Male)- 79 cm (After Expansion 84 cm) and 77 cm only for ST Category.
Selection of the candidates will be based on consecutive Recruitment Steps including Written Examination, Physical Efficiency Test & Physical Measurement Test, Document Verification & Medical Test and finally through UP Police SI Final merit list as per New Rules 2015 described, joining to candidates will be offered.
