UP Assistant Professor Jobs 2020 | 3900 Posts Notification soon, assured Directorate

The Directorate of Higher Education, U.P has sent reminder to the Government over 3900 Assistant Professors Jobs in Uttar Pradesh state Colleges. As per report on 3900 Assistant Professor posts in Govt aided degree Colleges of Uttar Pradesh recruitment process is likely to start after Govt's nod. The Directorate of Higher Education has sent details of 3900 vacant posts of 43 subjects to the government in the first week of February after verifying the information of vacant posts received from degree colleges across the state as per instructions of the government. There is assurance given to students over Assistant Professors 3900 posts recruitment that process will start soon.

Officials of the Directorate of Higher Education say that after the details sent to the government in February, no information has received yet on 39000 Assistant Professors jobs. Meanwhile, taking cognizance of the memorandum given by the aspirants, the Directorate of Higher Education is going to write a letter to the government once again. Aspirants started a campaign and tagged CM and Deputy CM and Minister of Higher Education seeking to start the recruitment process on 3900 Assistant Professor jobs.
Govt is yet to respond on 39,000 Assistant Professors jobs.

UP Assistant Professor jobs 2020 Advertisement on 3,900 posts is likely to be issued soo, assured Directorate of Higher Education. for the recruitment of Assistant Professor in the private & Govt aided colleges of the state as no recruitment is made for last four years. Despite the huge vacancies in Govt aided & Pvt Colleges, the recruitment is stuck. A year and a half ago, the Directorate of Higher Education had sent the post of appointment to the Uttar Pradesh Higher Education Service Commission for the recruitment of 537 posts of Assistant Professor, but the directorate later withdrew the petition.

At that time, it was said by the Directorate that there will be a fresh review regarding the reservation and after that a petition will be sent. The Directorate did not even complete the task that in the meantime the system of EWS reservation was implemented and the Directorate had to set the reservation for the seats afresh.

During this, a new order was issued by the government that the vacant posts of Assistant Professor will be verified in the private colleges across the state. For this, a committee has been constituted in every district under the chairmanship of DM. A total of 3900 vacant posts of assistant professors were marked across the state, whose list was sent by the Directorate to the government.

Students launched Social Media campaign-

Recently aspirants started a campaign on social media for the recruitment of 3900 vacant posts of Assistant Professor in the private colleges of the state. A large number of students have tweeted to the Chief Minister and demanded that the recruitment of Assistant Professor be started. Based on report, the list of vacancies of Assistant Professors was sent before the lockdown and the directorate is still awaiting approval from the government for recruitment on 3900 Assistant Professors jobs 2020. In the twitter campaign aspirants including Anesh Kumar Verma, Raghavendra Singh, Dr. Saurabh Kumar Singh joined the campaign and tweeted to CM to start recruitment on vacant  Assistant Professor posts. Students have also submitted a memorandum to the Director of Higher Education.

Director of Higher Education Dr. Vandana Sharma says that a reminder will be sent to the government on behalf of the Directorate. The vacancies will be sent to the Higher Education Service Commission as soon as the permission for recruitment is given.

Biggest Assistant Professor Recruitment-

This will be the largest recruitment of Assistant Professor till date. So far, there haven’t been as large posts have come out of Assistant Professors in any state. Talking about the two recruitments of the Higher Education Service Commission, there were 1652 posts for 45 subjects in advertisement number 46, while the recruitment process for the advertisement number 47 which is currently going on, includes 1150 posts in 35 subjects.
