TS EAMCET Result date 2020, Know expected cut-off, Merit and Rank Card

Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad (JNTUH) shall tentatively announce in the 1st week of October 2020 the Result of TS EAMCET 2020 (Engineering / Agriculture & Medicine Stream) together with the TS EAMCET Ranking. Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University shall publish in Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) Website TS EAMCET 2020 Result. JNTUH, in concurrence with Announcement of TS EAMCET 2020 (Engineering / Agriculture & Medical Streams) Result would intimate the Candidates on checking out the Result.        

Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University held TS EAMCET (Engineering Stream) were held from 9th up to the 14th Dates of September 2020. TS EAMCET (Agril and Medical Stream) 2020 shall be held on the 28th and 29th dates of September 2020.

TS EAMCET consisting of Single Paper comprised Total 160 Multiple Choice Questions of Objective-Type based on Botany, Zoology, Physics & Chemistry (each having 40 Objective Type MCQs) for 160 Marks with No Negative Marking involved therein.  

Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, on behalf of Telangana State Council of Higher Education, conducted TS EAMCET 2020 for admission into the following Under-Graduate and Diploma Courses for the Academic Session 2020 - 21:   

I) B.E., B.Tech. / B.Tech. (Bio-Tech.) / B.Tech. (Dairy Technology) / B.Tech. (Agril Engineering) / B. Pharmacy / B.Tech. [Food Technology (FT)] / B.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture / B.Sc. (Hons.) Horticulture / B.Sc. (Forestry) / B.V.Sc. & A.H. / B.F.Sc.

TS EAMCET 2020: Criteria for Admission: 

Admission into the forecited Academic Courses shall be strictly based on 50:50 (TS EAMCET 2020: 50% Marks + Qualifying Academic 50% Marks) yielding Combined Merit Rank   

For BE / B.Tech in Engineering, Bio- Technology, B.Tech (Dairy Technology), B.Tech (Ag. Engineering) and for 50% seats in B. Pharmacy, B.Tech [Food Technology (FT)] Courses: 

Admission into Bachelor of Veterinary Science &A Animal Husbandry (B.V.Sc. & AH) Courses based on TS EAMCET Marks. Any candidate belonging to General Category seeking admission into the Academic Course must have obtained 50% Marks in English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology in their respective Qualifying Examinations. 

TS EAMCET shall apply the Normalized Marks to arrive at Percentile Marks.The Candidates having secured Category-wise Marks (Normalized Marks) in Telangana State EAMCET 2020 under Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe shall be assigned Ranking in order of Merit based on the Combined Score secured (by giving 75% Weight age to the Normalized Marks and 25% Weight age to the Marks obtained in the relevant Group Subjects; viz., Mathematics or Biology, Physics, Chemistry of the Qualifying Academic Examination.
