Medical Services Recruitment Board, Tamil Nadu invites the Online Applications on 1508 Lab Technician Gr 3 vacancies. Eligibility Criteria- 

i. Must have passed plus-two Examination 

ii. Must possess, certificate in Medical Lab Technology Course (one year duration) undergone in any institution recognized by the Director of Medical Education 

iii. Must have a good physique, good vision and capacity to do outdoor work. 

Age Limit- 18-30 or UR & reservation in upper age limit to Scheduled Tribe/ Scheduled Caste/ PWD/ Backward Class will be provided as per provisions mentioned in Advertisement. 

Lab Technician Gr 3 Selection Process:  

Selection will be made based on the marks scored by the candidates in their academic and technical qualification(s) and other conditions for the post of Laboratory Technician Grade-III duly following the rules of reservation and communal rotation issued by the Government of Tamil Nadu. There will be no oral test (Interview) for the post.  

Pay Scale- Consolidated pay of Rs. 8000/-per month. The recruitee will be absorbed into the regular time scale of pay to the vacancies in the Primary Health Centres (PHC’s) under the Public Health and Preventive Medicine Department, after completion of a minimum period of two (2) years
