Thalapathy Vijay pays last respect to the late playback singer SP Balasubrahmanyam today. Veteran late singer SP Balasubrahmanyam's funeral, which took place at his farmhouse in Chennai. SP Balu Garu breathed his last on 25th September due to lung failure. The last rites of SPB were performed by members of his family at his farm in Tamaraipakkam, outside Chennai. Tollywood actor Thalapathy Vijay, a fervent admirer of SP Balasubrahmanyam paid his last respects by attending the funeral.

With the hashtag #ThalapathyVijay becoming a trend, Ratnakumar, the costume film director and co-director of the master film, on his Twitter page, though that none of the celebrities had attended because of the government’s announcement. But, after the presence of Commander Vijay, it seems to be a personal choice. Increases respect for him. He has posted that it is very necessary to pay such a tribute to the hair hot king of the music world.

S.P. Actor Vijay, who was present at Balasubramaniam's funeral, posted a photo of SBP's son Sarani expressing his condolences and thanked director Venkat Prabhu for putting up hand emojis as Respect. Fans are celebrating Vijay who ran for SBP regardless of Corona.
