Actor Suriya starrer Soorarai Pottru is all set to release on Amazon Prime Video from 30th October 2020. This is the first big-budget Tamil film to skip theatrical release and it will be releasing on Amazon Prime (OTT). It is a biographical film directed by Sudha Kongara and It is produced by Suriya's 2D Entertainment and co-produced by Guneet Monga of Sikhya Entertainment. Film Starring Suriya Playing the role of Nedumaaran, Aparna Balamurali, Karunas, Jackie Shroff as a Vinod Rajan, Mohan Babu, Paresh Rawal, and The film is based on events during the life of Air Deccan founder Captain GR Gopinath.
