Rajasthan Police Constable Result 2020 Date: Written exam results to out by February, PET soon after

Rajasthan Police Department would declare result for the Constable (GD and Driver) written examination, soon. On the final Answer key basis, Director General of Police, Rajasthan shall announce Police Constable (5438 posts) results for TSP and Non-TSP posts.

Rajasthan Police Department shall likely declare the Constable result for the written exam held on 6-8 November 2020, soon. According to a press report, Department can declare result for the post of Police Constable (GD and Driver) posts, by February 2021. It is said that Police to shortlist candidates for the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) on the basis of criteria deciding district wise Cut off marks for the written examination.

Rajasthan Police has concluded on 8 November, 2020 the written examination for the recruitment of 5438 posts for Constable GD and Constable Driver. As many as 17 lakh candidates had registered for the Police Constable examination and nearly 90-04 per cent appeared for the exam, held in multiple shifts. The examination was conducted following the social-distancing and safety guidelines rolled-out by the State Government.

Ramping-up the recruitment process for last year advertised Rajasthan Police Constable (GD and Driver) posts, Directorate shall notify by Feb 2021 for the Constable result 2020. Communication for the result, district wise qualified candidates list, Cut-off marks etc to be made available at http://police.rajasthan.gov.in. Ahead of the Constable written examination result, Department shall display provisional and final answer key to help the candidates, visualise their response sheet.

While preparing for the Rajasthan Police Constable November 2020 written examination, Department will categorily decide Cut-off marks or minimum marks to be scored by a candidate to qualify for the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Standard Test (PST). Department considering the district wise vacancies and normalization rules, shall likely prepare district-wise Cut off marks for TSP and Non-TSP candidates.

A total 5 times the number of vacancies the candidates will be shortlisted for the PET and PST tests, report adds. A total 27190 candidates will be shortlisted for Physical Test, against the 5438 posts. Physical Test carrying a maximum 15 marks, will be conducted only for the candidates qualifying the 75 marks written examination. Ten (10) marks would be allotted for the special qualification and a merit list would be prepared from a total of 100 marks.
