Rajasthan Health Minister Raghu Sharma has announced to recruit Doctors, ANM & GNM vacant 14,500 vacancies. At state level recruitment process of 14,500 Doctors, ANM & GNM to start, said Staw Health Minister. On Wednesday State Minister said, 2000 Doctors, 12,500 ANM and GNM jobs process will be completed in next one and half month. Recently 735 doctors have been recruited and posted to various hospitals in Rajasthan.
Briefing Media on April 22, Rajasthan State Health Minister announced to recruit 14,500 Doctors, GNM & ANM in state. In Rajasthan condition is getting bitter as 26 out of 33 district are infected of Coronavirus whereas Jaipur and Jodhpur are performing worst. In Jaipur alone 725 cases have been recorded and Jodhpur has 326 cases in which 47 patients came from Iran. To overcome the deficit of Health Professionals in State Hospitals, Rajasthan Minister announced 2000 new jobs for Doctors.
On Wednesday Rajasthan State Health Minister intimated on Doctors vacancies in State. In his address, Minister said- Rajasthan to recruit 2000 Doctors, 12500 GNM & ANM. Recruitment process of 12,500 General Nursing & Midwife & Auxiliary Nurse Midwife had been completed but posting couldn't be done due to some litigations. After consultation with Advocate General,the CM has now given orders for posting of 9000 such staff, stated Rajasthan Health Minister. In his media address Health Minister also said that 'keeping in view the fact that so many journalists have tested #COVID19 positive in Maharashtra & Delhi, we have decided to test journalists for the infection in Rajasthan.'
Rajasthan has 1799 Coronavirus cases and 27 people have died due to covid-19. Doctors are not sufficient in the Govt hospitals as per need. By recognising this problem Rajasthan budget also considered need of the doctors adequately. However recruitments are yet to be done. Only on Wednesday 133 new cases have been recorded as of now 66 of them were in Jaipur. In which 23 were corona warriors including 5 doctors 5 police man 5 nurses 2 ward boy a trolly man, asha helper and a ambulance driver. As medical healthcare providers are also getting infected thus precautionary measures also become crucial in such scenario.

It is interesting that Bhilwara has successfully traced Corona virus and sets and exemplary model whereas other cities in Rajasthan are not able to stop spread of corona virus. Bhilwara model is successfully and beaurocratic action successfully hindered transmission. However govt. promises to complete doctors recruitment in further one and half month hopefully
