Shilpa Shetty's husband Raj Kundra is in police custody since Monday for making pornographic videos. Along with him, 11 other accused have also been taken into custody. He is also accused of getting models and actresses to appear in these films.
He is currently in police custody till July 23. Mumbai Crime Branch has raided Raj Kundra's office in Andheri West, from where a lot of data has been found. It has also been found in the investigation that in the last one and a half years, Raj had made more than 100 porn films, from which he had earned a lot. The police also say that Raj Kundra is not cooperating with them in the investigation.
Data Has Been Deleted
Mumbai Crime Branch says that a lot of data has already been deleted which will take time to recover but will be recovered with the help of forensic experts.
Data in Terabytes
Crime Branch sources say that when the raid was conducted at Raj Kundra's office, a lot of data was found from there, which is in terabytes. All the equipment in which this data was being stored has been confiscated by the police.

Hotshots has 20 lakh Paid Subscribers
According to police officials, Raj Kundra has been making porn films since August 2019 and has earned a huge amount of money from it. His app Hotshots has about two million subscribers who subscribe to watch porn and pay for it. They have created a mobile app to watch porn movies because it is easier to watch such porn movies on app than the website.
Police sources also say that Raj Kundra is not cooperating with the police in the investigation at all. A Crime Branch official says that he does not even answer questions and is also denying the allegations against him. He says he never made porn movies.

Extension of Remand
Raj Kundra and his co-accused Ryan Thorpe are in police custody till Friday but the crime branch is trying to extend the time of this custody further so that they can conduct further investigation. The police also say that they have enough evidence to prove Raj Kundra's allegations.
