NEET Result 2020: National Testing Agency (NTA) is releasing NEET 2020 result on Friday, amid more than 15.9 lakh students hunt for the NEET result 2020 date. Nodal Agency would be declaring National Eligibility cum Entrance Test 2020 result. Marking October 16, as NEET 2020 result date, Nodal agency to publish NEET 2020 score card at ntaneet.nic.in. As per statement made by National Testing Agency to publish NEET result online on the official website ntaneet.nic.in and nta.ac.in.

Candidates who appear for the NEET 2020 exam can check NTA NEET result / score card easily following the direct link and NTA NEET 2020 portal. Out of the total 720, marks obtained by the candidate in NEET UG 2020 would appear in candidate's score card. Category wise NEET 2020 Cut off marks and AIR Rank would also be displayed at the portal. To calculate the score/ rank a detailed procedure along with normalization methodology is explained.

National Testing Agency had organized NEET-UG 2020 exam on September 13, which was followed by NEET Special exma on October 14, 2020. As many as 15.9 lakh applicants had registered for the NEET exam and nearly 85-90 per cent took the exam on September 13, 2020. On Supreme Court's order, Agency conducted NEET special for candidates who could not appear due to Covid-19 or containment zone restrictions.

According to experts, Score obtained by a candidate in NEET 2020 should be above 510 for the Government College admissions. To determine the cut off marks National Testing Agency would consider reservation and other norms. For General Category candidates the cut off for SC category likely to go up in comparative to the last year.

According to experts students obtaining NEET 2020 rank within one lakh stand a chance to get Admission in reputed Govt medical/ dental college. As far as minimum qualifying marks percentage is concermed, Candidates belonging to the General category, will have to score at least 50 per cent , while candidates under Reserved categories should obtain a minimum of 40 per cent marks to qualify in NEET 2020.

Step 3) Press Click on the NEET 2020 result link

Step 4) On the new window that would open, enter NEET Roll number / Registration number

Step 5) Click on Submit and Score Card/ Result will be shown.
