Maayanadhi Movie Story-

Maayanadhi, which is to hit screens on January 31, is the story of a determined young girl from a small town who, despite obstacles, looks to realise her dream of becoming a doctor. Director is Ashok Thiagarajan. Right at the beginning of the film, Anbarasan (Aadukalam Naren), a widower, is narrating it to his 17-year old daughter Kausalya (Venba). In the story, Casabianca is instructed by his father to stay at a particular spot on a burning ship until he returns. Casabianca doesn’t move, and perishes at that very spot, without realising that his father was long dead. This story was a neighborhood of grade school curriculum in 19th Century Britain for the moral it suggested, and until half a century ago, Casabianca was delayed as an epitome of adherence to the needs of his parents.

As per data thousands of big screens are counted for Aadukalam Naren, Venba & other stars. As prediction is being made on 31 January releasing Tamil film, Maayanadhi movie would add double digit crores on Day 1 & shall maintain pace in coming days expert hinted. The rest of the film is all understatement. Note the scene where we learn of Mathan’s horrific past. A ton of potential drama is shoved aside for a quiet moment that involves wine and Aparna’s girlfriend singing Bawara mann from Hazaaron Khwaishein Aisi. The scene isn’t even about Mathan. It’s hard to mention what the scene is about, exactly - just that it fits into the self esteem of the title, life as a river where joys and sorrows are borne along. Best to bring along some wine, some good music and sit out the ride.
