Lok Sabha Secretariat Translator Jobs 2020: Apply for 47 posts before July 27

The Lok Sabha Secretariat has released job notification on 47 vacancies for Translator. Applicants can apply through email for Lok Sabha Translator vacancies before July 27, 2020. Lok Sabha Secretariat published officially at (loksabhaph.nic.in) notification for recruitment to the post of Translator vacancies on Thursday. Recruitment Advertisement Advt. No. 1/2020 for filling up of vacancies in the grade of Translator in Lok Sabha Secretariat on Direct Recruitment basis under pay matrix of Level 8 (Rs. 47600 - 151100) in the Pay Matrix] has been published.

Eligible candidates may apply online for Lok Sabha Translator vacancies from 18 June to 27 July 2020 through e-mail. The detailed recruitment advertisement carrying eligibility, selection method, pay scale etc, is intimated at Lok Sabha Recruitment Portal. Recruitment on 47 Translator (English, Hindi) in Lok Sabha posts is open on 47 Translator vacancies. Out of total posts 13 posts are vacant for UR, 17 posts for OBC, 09 posts for EWS, 05 posts for ST category and 3 posts are vacant for SC category candidates.

Applications are invited (through e-mail only) from eligible Indian citizens for filling up of the following vacancies for the post of Translator [Level 8 (Rs. 47600 - 151100) in the Pay Matrix] in Lok Sabha Secretariat on Direct Recruitment basis. Candidates should e-mail their applications on or before the last prescribed date. The receipt of application will be acknowledged by the Recruitment Branch through email only.

Eligibility Required- Master's Degree in Hindi from a recognised University with English as a subject at the Degree Level OR Master's Degree in English from a recognised University with Hindi as a subject at the Degree Level OR Master's Degree in any subject from a recognised University with Hindi and English as subjects at the Degree Level OR Master's Degree in any subject with Hindi medium. AND Diploma/Certificate course in Translation from Hindi to English and vice-versa from any University/ Institute recognised by the Government OR 02 years’ experience of Translation work. Maximum age limit for an applicant is 27 years (29 years for the candidates having the prescribed translation work experience of 02 years).

Eligible candidates will have to appear in written examination (Prelims and Mains). The selection will be done through a direct recruitment process. Last date for application through e-mail- 27 July 2020. Age/ qualifications/ experience will also be reckoned as on 27.07.2020.
