Karnataka KEA DCET result 2020 released, Counseling to start on 9 December

Karnataka Examinations Authority has announced the Result of the Diploma Common Entrance Test (DCET) 2020. The DCET 2020 Rank holder shall need to appear with the Documents and Admission Fee for Document Verification for Seat Allotment in 700 Government / Private Institutions in Karnataka State.

KEA DCET 2020 Result: Karnataka Examinations Authority announced the Result of Diploma Common Entrance Test (DCET) 2020 held on 14th of October 2020. There are about 700 government/ private institutions in the state.  Karnataka Examinations Authority also released the DCET 2020 Ranks. KEA held Diploma Common Entrance Test consisted of 02 Papers for Aggregated 230 Marks (Morning Session Paper - I: Respective Subject: 180 Marks + Afternoon Shift Kannada Language Test Only In Bangalore - For Horanadu and Gadinadu Kannadiga Candidates: 50 Marks). 

Karnataka Examinations Authority has published on the Website for DCET 2020 Merit-Based Seat Allotment Schedule for DCET-2020 Rankers. The Candidates declared Successful in order the DCET Ranks shall need to appear for Document Verification and Payment of Admission Fee as per the Dates declared in the Admission Notice.

KEA Counseling: Counseling for Admission into 2nd Year / 3rd Semester Engineering Courses shall be held Commencing with Online Registration for Choice Filling Process from the 9th up to 12th Dates of December 2020 in order of DCET 2020 Ranking of the Candidates. Option Entry Schedule - 1st Round followed by Option 2nd and Final shall be conducted during 12th and 21st Dates of December 2020. 

The Students falling short of submission of the Documents for Verification and Payment of Admission Fee or otherwise failing to report in order of the DCET Ranks and Slot for Document Verification, Payment of Admission as per the shall not be considered for Admission against Allotment of the Seats in the College.

The Candidates declared Successful with the State Ranks in the Diploma Common Entrance Test - 2020, Eligible for Admission into 2nd Year / 3rd Semester Engineering Courses and for the First-Year Architecture Courses under Lateral Entry Scheme for both Day and Evening Colleges from the year 2012-13 in the state of Karnataka will have to appear with the Educational Documents and Allotment Letters for Counseling for Seat Allotment in the Engineering and Architecture Colleges in the State. 

Allotment of the Seats for admission into 2nd Year / 3rd Semester Engineering Courses and for the 1st Year Architecture Courses under Lateral Entry Scheme for both Day and Evening Colleges would be as per the DCET 2020 Ranks obtained by the Candidates.
