JKSSB Recruitment notification on 580 posts of District, Division & UT cadre posts released, Apply before Jan 20

The J & K Services Selection Board (JKSSB) invites online application from eligible candidates for participating in the selection process for District/ Divisional/ UT Cadre posts. Applications against total 580 posts are invited from 31 December 2020 to 20 January 2021 at official website jkssb.nic.in. Eligible and interested candidates may Apply online for the JKSSB recruitment advt 5 of 2020, online. 

District/ Divisional/ UT Cadreposts of various Departments under provisions of the Jammu & Kashmir Civil Services – Decentralization and Recruitment Act, 2010 and rules made there under read with other rules governing the subject. The detailed terms and conditions with regard to eligibility, educational qualification, domicile, reservation, etc are given in the detailed recruitment notification.

Requisitions of Posts/ Vacancies received from various Indenting Departments as per the details given below-

• Science & Technology- 11 posts
• ARI and Training- 35 posts
• Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs- 44 posts
• Public Works (R&B) Department- 490 posts

Age limit- (as on 01-01-2020)- Maximum 40 years. Relaxation up to 43 will be provided to reserved category candidates.

Educational Qualification: Candidate should have passed Graduate/ Post Graduate degree in Engineering.

The Examination details will be uploaded on the official website of the Board i.e www.jkssb.nic.in. Examination detail/Roll Number slips will not be issued by post for any stage of examination. Therefore, candidates are advised to visit the official website of Board regularly for updates and information about the examination.
