Jhajjar District Court to fill 39 posts of Clerk, Steno, Liftsman, and Sweeper, Apply before 10 December

The District and Session Court, Jhajjar invites Applications from the eligible candidates for Seventeen (17) post of Clerks, Three (3) post of Stenographers Gr-III (on ad-hoc basis), Seventeen (17) post of Sweepers & Two (2) post of Liftman on contractual basis at DC rates. The last date for submission, of applications for the DC Rate job posts has been extended upto 10.12.2020. Candidates ensuring the eligibility can apply for the vacant posts in District Court, Jhajjar before the last date i.e 10 December, 2020. 

Applications are invited from the eligible candidates to fill up 17 Clerks, 03 Stenographers Gr.III, 17 Sweepers, and 2 posts of Liftsman. Eligible and interested candidates can apply in prescribed format or send their applications Offline to the given address.

Eligibility and Vacancy description:

Clerk- 17 Posts (General - 10, SC-03, BCA-02, BCB-01, Gen (ESM)-01)- No candidate shall be eligible to apply for the post of Clerk unless he holds a degree of Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science or equivalent thereto from a recognized university.

Stenographer Gr.III- (03 posts)- No candidate shall be eligible to apply for the post of Stenographer unless he holds a degree of Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science or equivalent thereto. The candidate shall have to pass a test at a speed of 80 w.p.m. in English Shorthand ad 20 w.p.ra. in transcription of the same on computer.

Age Limit: The minimum age limit of candidate for the post of Clerk and Stenographer is 18 years as on 01.01.2020.

Liftman-(02 posts)- Matric with Hindi or Sanskrit and should be. trained to operate the lift. Age should be between 18-42 Years.

Sweepers (17 posts)- The candidate should have experience of duties required to be performed and should be capable of signing in Hindi or Gurumukhi. Minimum age should be 18 Years, as per instructions of the Hon’ble High Court and as per prescribed by the Haryana Government.

The last date for receipt of the applications in the office of undersigned i.e. The District & Sessions Judge, District & Sessions Courts, Gurugram Road, Jhajjar shall be 10 December 2020 at 05.00 P.M. The candidates who have already submitted their applications in lieu, of this office advertisement dated 28.02.2020 and 02.03.2020 need not to apply again for the said post. Upper age limit is relaxable as per instructions of the Honble High Court and as per prescribed by the Haryana Government from time to time.

Selection Process:

The applicants who fullfill the aforesaid qualification for the post of Clerk and Stenographer on adhoc basis will appear for written examination and computer proficiency test on the date and venue to be intimated later on the official website of this office i.e.https://districts.ecourts.gov.in/jhajjar/rpcruitment. For the Clerk posts, candidates shall have to take a written examination in the subjects English and General Knowledge. A total 50 questions will be asked from English Composition and 50 questions from General Knowledge. Minimum qua!ifying marks would be 33 per cent.

Appointment & Remuneration:

The DC rate recrutiment is purely on adhoc basis, on the consolidated pay of Rs. 25,500/- (minimum, of pay scale of Clerks and Stenographers Gr.III) for a period of six months or till the regular appointment are made by the Hon hie Punjab and Haryana High Court, Chandigarh.
