Indian Railways opens 990 vacancies in Integral Coach Factory, 10th / 12th Passed can apply by 25th Sep

Chennai Integral Coach Factory, A Production Unit under the Ministry of Indian Railways, Government of India, has issued Notification App / 04 /  2020 under Skill India Mission, seeking Online Applications from the candidates Eligible for Engagement as Act Apprentices for imparting Training under the Apprentices Act 1961 and RBE No. 120 / 2015  Dated 6th October 2015 (06.10.2015) in the designated Trades in the Integral Coach Factory from the Residents in Tamil Nadu State. Online Registration / Application are in progress with the Last Date closing on the 25th Date of September 2020 (25.09.2020).  

The candidates fulfilling the prescribed Eligibility Conditions may apply Online as per the Date Notified. There are Trade-wise Total 990 Slots  (480 Slots for Freshers + 510 Slots for Ex-ITI), viz. Fitter, Welder, Carpenter, Painter, Machinist, Electrician, Programming And System Administration Assistant (PASAA), Medical Laboratory Technician (Radiology & Pathology)  MLT (R&T)

The Candidates applying for Engagement as Act Apprentices must carefully read the PBICF NotificationNo. 04/2020. However, the Candidates applying Trade wise need to have the following Educational Qualification:

Passed Secondary School Examination (Xth) with Minimum 50% Qualifying Marks for the the Apprentices Trades mentioned hereinabove.

Medical Lab Technician (Radiology, Pathology) Trade:

Passed Senior Secondary School Examination (XIIth) / 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry & Biology (PCB).

The Assistant Personnel Officer (Recruitment), Chennai Integral Coach Factory, will prepare Apprenticeship Trade-wise List for the Documents Verification (DV). The Candidates, following scrutiny of the Online Application  found Eligible will be informed through their SMS Alert / EMail for subsequent Process for Selection.  

Selection of the Candidates under Act Apprentices 1961 Engagement as Act Trade Apprentices is strictly in compliance with the Provisions of the Apprentice Act, 1961, hence, the candidates declared Eligible for Admission Trade-wise  Training under Engagement of Trade Apprentices Act, 1961, would imparted Training under the Skill India Mission (SIM).
