Indian Army Chief Naravane visits forward areas of Fire & Fury Corps, assess first-hand situation at LAC

Indian Army chief General MM Naravane visits the forward areas of Fire & Fury Corps including Rechin La. Army Chief was briefed by GOC, Fire & Fury Corps & other local commanders on operational preparedness of Indian Armed forces, Army sources said on Wednesday.

Army Chief undertook a first-hand assessment of situation along LAC, followed by spot inspection of the state of habitat of troops on the forward line of defences at Rechin La.

Indian Army chief General Manoj Mukund Naravane is on a day long visit to Fire and Fury Corps at LAC.

Naravane appreciated the efforts made by the formation to make troops comfortable along the LAC, said news Agency ANI quoting Indian Army sources.
