India wide Parents' Association writes to PM Modi to cancel 12th class board exams and declare result via internal assessment. The Association says that delay in the decision anxiety, mental stress and depression among students.

India Wide Parents’ Association on Monday written to Prime Minister’s Office (PMO India) requesting for cancellation of class 12 board exams 2021. It is also said that the 12th class result or marking should be made on the basis of internal assessment of marks. 'Delay will cause anxiety, mental stress and depression', it added.

IWPA in its letter says, "By putting offline exams we will be putting lives of students, parents and other staff at risk. Govt must take a call now for 12th board offline exams likely they have done for 10th board. International boards have also cancelled 12th board offline exams".
