India Govt Mint Kolkata Jobs 2021: Applications invited for 54 posts of Supervisor, Jr. Assistant & others

India Government Mint has released the recruitment notification for filling-up 54 posts of Supervisor, Junior Assistant (Office and Bullion), Engraver 3, and Technician in Indian Mint in West Bengal. Department invites online applications from eligible and interested candidates from 20 January 2021 to 19 February 2021. Candidates can apply for the said posts online before February 19, 2021.

Applications are invited from the eligible and interested candidates under the Advertisement for Recruitment to 54 posts in different categories at India Govt Mint, Kolkata (A Unit of SPMCIL). Candidates can apply at www.igmkolkata.spmcil.com from January 20 to February 19, 2021. Here are the vacancies open & eligibility conditions required for the different posts.

Supervisor- (10 posts)- 1st Class full-time Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Civil/Metallurgical). Higher Qualification i.e. B.Tech./B.E./B.Sc.(Engg) in the relevant trade will also be considered.

Age Limit- 18 years to 30 years.

Engraver-III (06 post)- Bachelor of Fine Arts (Sculpture/Metal Works/ Painting) with at least 55% marks.

Age Limit- 18 years to 28 years.

Junior Office Assistant- (12 posts)- Graduate with at least 55% marks and computer knowledge with typing speed on the computer in English @ 40 wpm / in Hindi @ 30 wpm, as per the requirement.

Age limit- 18 years to 28 years.

Junior Bullion Assistant- (10 posts)- Graduate with at least 55% marks and computer knowledge with typing speed on the computer in English @ 40 wpm / in Hindi @ 30 wpm, as per the requirement.

Age limit- 18 years to 28 years.

Junior Technician (Electronics)- (16 posts)- Full-time ITI Certificate in Electronics Trade along with one year NAC certificate from NCVT.

Age limit- 18 years to 25 years.

Examination Fee: Rs 600/- (Non-Refundable) for candidates belonging to Un-reserved, EWS, and OBC Categories.

Selection Process: Selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of online examination which will be of objective type. The total marks of the online examination will be 150. There will be a negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer for the online examination.
