IIT JAM 2021 Result Out, Check AIR Rank, Merit list online at jam.iisc.ac.in

IISc Bangalore has declared the results of IIT JAM 2021 on its official site. Results, Rank and the merit list can be seen by the candidates who appeared for the Joint Admission Test for Masters or JAM 2021 exam held on 14 February.

IIT JAM 2021 Result: Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore has declared IIT JAM 2021 results online on its official website. Candidates who have appeared for the IIT Bangalore organized JAM 2021 now can check their results, AIR rank, and the Merit list at jam.iisc.ac.in. For each test paper in JAM 2021, an All India Rank (AIR) has been assigned to all the appeared candidates based on their performance in the test paper.

Earlier, a report published at See Latest stated that the IIT JAM 2021 Result will be declared on Saturday, March 20. The report cited the official intimation from the Institute.

The tie-breaking criterion for awarding the ranks to candidates scoring the same aggregate marks in a test paper consists of Scores in the NAT section followed by the scores in the MSQ section will be used to break the tie.

AIR Rank: The candidate with a higher ratio of positive marks to negative marks is given a higher rank. The final tie-breaker will be the Date-of-birth of the candidates. If this criterion fails to break ties, the concerned candidates will be awarded the same rank.

IISc JAM 2021 results and merit lists of IIT JAM 2021 have been declared on March 20, (Saturday). The results are available on the website https://jam.iisc.ac.in/p/rank-and-merit-list-1) or https://joaps.iisc.ac.in.

How to check IIT JAM 2021 result: Steps to follow

1. Visit the website of IISc Bangalore organized Joint Admission Test for Masters at jam.iisc.ac.in

2. At homepage you will see a link that reads 'JAM 2021 - Result/Score Card'

3. Click on the link, you will be redirected to a new window

4. Then enter your Enrolment Number, Date of Birth and image shown in the section

5. Click on the 'Submit' scorecard that will be in front of you, save that.

A Merit list has been prepared for each paper based on the All India Rank (AIR) of JAM. The number of candidates included in the Merit List depends on the total number of seats available in each category (OBC-NCL, EWS, SC, ST, and PwD) in a given subject.

Qualified candidates will be eligible to apply for admission to any of the corresponding academic programs available at IITs and the IISc.
