IGNOU Recruitment: Registration starts for Assistant Registrar, Security Officer posts at recruitment.nta.nic.in

IGNOU Recruitment: The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has released recruitment notification for the Assistant Registrar and Security Officer posts. IGNOU invites online applications from the eligible candidates, in the prescribed application proforma available on IGNOU’s website www.ignou.ac.in.

Eligible and interested candidates can apply for the advertised posts of Assistant Registrar (21 posts) / Security Officer (01 post). The detailed recruitment advertisement has been released at official site ignou.ac.in. Earlier University differed the starting date of registration for the said posts. The recruitment advertisement containing application link/ eligibility/ registration process, and other details, has been made available at IGNOU recruitment portal.  

Age Limit: Upper age limit for Assistant Registrar and Security Officer posts is 42 years as on 01.12.2020 (in years)

Essential Qualification and Experience:

Assistant Registrar: a) Master’s Degree with at least 55% of the marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed.

Security Officer: a) Master’s Degree with at least 55% of the marks or its equivalent grade of ‘B’ in the UGC seven pointscale. b) Should be a released Short Service Commissioned Officer or serving as such after having completed his initial period of assignment of 5 years of military service.
