Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has started admissions into Online Distance Learning (ODL) courses for July 2020 session. Aspirants can apply online for IGNOU ODL admissions for UG, PG, Certificate, Diploma & PG Diploma courses till July 31st. IGNOU is offering admissions into 196 courses & link for July 2020 Admission to these Programmes (ODL model) is open till month end, IGNOU officials tweeted on Monday.
Students seeking admissions into IGNOU ODL programmes can apply online for at IGNOU Smarth Portal. The last date for IGNOU ODL admissions is set as 31st July 2020 for all Online UG/ PG/ Certificate and Diploma courses. IGNOU has started the admissions into online courses for July 2020 session. For online courses admissions students need to register online at IGNOU ODL Smarth portal. Online Courses to start from 01-July-2020 and Online ODL examinations will be held on 14th/15th November 2020

The admission forms can be submitted online (except for International Students) through Online Admission System at ignouadmission.samarth.edu.in. Currently, the facility is available for the programmes offered through Common prospectus except merit-based and entrance test-based programmes. The prospective learners are required to create their user ID and password for logging in the system and upload the required documents along with the submission of the Admission Form.

Digital Study Material: The University has digitized the study material for different programmes. The digitized material is available on eGyankosh, the digital repository of the University. The University encourages the use of digital study material. It has been decided that as an incentive 15% concession shall be given to the students who opt for digital study material in place of printed study material.
