IAF Group X, Y Result 2021 Out Soon at airmanselection.cdac.in; Know What Next

Indian Air Force is about to declare the result of Group X and Y on the Airmen Selection portal shortly. The result which has been delayed is expected to be declared in due course.

Indian Air Force (IAF) is about to declare the result of Group X and Y on its Airmen Selection Portal shortly. The result has been delayed due to administrative reasons, says IAF through an official notice. Indian Air Force selection test for Group X and Y, named as STAR 01/2021 examination was held from July 12 to 18, 2021 at centers across the country. 

According to the sources familiar with the development, the IAF Group X & Y result 2021 shall likely be declared by mid-September 2021. However, the official date of the declaration of result is yet to be decided by any of the Indian Air Force CDAC.

"Due to administrative reasons, declaration of result for STAR 01/2021 online examination held from 12 Jul 21 to 18 Jul 21 is delayed. Candidates are advised to keep checking their email and CASB web portal regularly for the latest updates," IAF says while giving a recent update on the result.

Earlier, the result was supposed to be declared by August 30, 2021. However, due to some administrative reasons, the same has been delayed. Hundreds of aspirants have tried to approach the concerned authority over the declaration of the result. Taking to the micro-blogging site Twitter several students demanded an early declaration or an update regarding the IAF Group X & Y result.

An IAF STAR aspirant, Akash Khandare tweeted, "Students are waiting for air force X & Y group results, requesting you to either declare results or give an update regarding upcoming updates. It’s uncertainty for the students that they should start preparation for phase 2 or phase 1".

  

Once the result is declared, a list of candidates who qualify in the STAR examination will be displayed on the airmenselection.cdac.in and indianairforce.nic.in. Further, the shortlisted candidates will be shortlisted for the Phase 2 test. A cut off will be decided based on the marks scored by the candidates in the Online Test and Shortlisted candidates.

Candidates have to report on the stipulated date and time for Phase 2 at the designated Airmen Selection Centre along with required documents. The admit card for the phase-2 exam will be available online under the candidate’s login on CASB web portal.
